Justin Jackson - Owner/Trainer

It all started with a dog named Jett. Justin was given his first lab, Jett, when he graduated high school. He trained him up to an HRCH level in no time and went on to run AKC tests, as well. From that moment on, Justin knew what he wanted to do . . . and that was to train gun dogs and hunt test dogs.  That's what he's been doing now for the past eight (8) years.

In 2010, Justin started Texoma Retrievers, LLC, founded on a passion and commitment to provide the best opportunity for your retriever to be the best it can be in the field - whether in a blind or at the line. In training, your retriever will receive the experience and knowledge of a pro trainer through hard work and dedication. All key components to success. Another very important factor is the health of your retriever, which is paramount and Texoma Retrievers, LLC, will work with their clients to ensure the health and safety of your retriever while in training.

Justin trains for and competes in all levels of UKC and AKC. He also competes at the national level in the Master National and HRC International Grand and has trained and handled Master National Hall of Famers and Grand Hunting Retriever Champions.

Since he was a young boy, Justin has also been interested in the outdoors and at the age of 11 he shot his first buck and turkey. Numerous hogs and turkeys later, Justin found another passion – waterfowl hunting.  For the last eight (8) years he has also owned and operated Money Band Outfitters, a waterfowl guide service in southwest Oklahoma.
